Dübendorf, Switzerland, September 11th, 2026 – Odne Inc.,  

a Swiss dental start-up company and upcoming innovator in endodontic treatments, today announced a capital and business alliance with MANI, Inc. (“MANI”), a leading Japanese manufacturer of medical and dental devices. Under the agreement, MANI will make an investment in Odne, and the two companies will collaborate to accelerate the global expansion of Odne’s root canal treatment technologies.  

As the first phase of the alliance, MANI will obtain exclusive distribution rights for Odne’s products in Japan and will begin distributing them in the Japanese market, subject to the regulatory approval process. The companies will also explore further cooperation in additional Asian markets, where MANI holds strong commercial and manufacturing capabilities, as well as potential collaboration in product manufacturing.  

This alliance marks a significant milestone for Odne as it will scale its distinctive, water-based approach to endodontic treatment beyond its current footprint in the United States, where its Odne®Clean, Odne®Fill and Odne®Cure devices have received FDA clearance, into one of the world’s largest and most sophisticated dental markets.

Odne Clean (Irrigation Device): is a versatile hydrodynamic cavitation device using water that supports clinicians throughout root canal treatment, from access and shaping to final cleaning. By mechanically debriding complex anatomy beyond the reach of files, it enables more conservative preparation while enhancing treatment efficiency. OdneClean was launched to the US Endo Specialist market in 2025.   

Odne Fill / Odne Cure (Obturation Devices): use a light-curable, hydro-gel technology for root canal filling, offering an alternative to conventional gutta-percha materials. OdneFill/Cure are in a limited market release in the US Endo Specialist Market.
